The above picture is SRA Board Member Gail Majewski with NRLN Tres. J. Leasher and NRLN Pres. Bill Kaderitthe during the 2008 NRLN Board meeting in Washington DC. this past Janurary.

The above three pictures are from the January 2007 SRA Retiree Florida lunchons. Sorry but we have no names to go along with the pictures as our camera person wanted to be able to enjoy the day events and we are thankful of the time spent taking the pictures to share with us.

On Tuesday December,12th.2006 Jim Marks SRA VP joined a few of our retired co-workers at the SNET Pioneers New London Life Member Club for the annual Holiday Social. The luncheon was at the Lighthouse Inn, a grand old mansion that overlooks Long Island Sound in the town New London, Connecticut. Everyone had a wonderful time catching up on the latest news about each others lives during the past year while we all feasted on our delicious lunch entrees. If you ever get to visit the New London area or just out for a day trip, the Lighthouse Inn is a good place to take break and have a meal.

Thanks goes out to all of the Pioneers who helped arrange the events of the day and gathered all the raffle prizes. Your SRA VP was lucky and won a bottle of wine that we all know he and his wife will enjoy it some evening with their supper.

On a more serious note, Bob Pierson can no longer continue as the Life Member Club President and unless a volunteer is found to fill his shoes the club will have hosted it's last annual luncheon. Hopefully one of you reading this note will contact Bob at (860)434-0233 and volunteer to keep the club active.

Some of the other members of the coffee group you may know are Dick Thowe and Gene Henson. Usually there are about ten or so retirees and on occasion someone who is still employed at AT&T will stop in on their day off from work.
