This article will highlight the major provisions but in no way reflects all aspects of any of the offerings from AT&T. You have the responsibility to read and ask your specific questions to AT&T healthcare vendors as well as your own caregivers regarding coverages.
Key Dates & Resources
Grandfathered Retirees: The AT&T Medicare Advantage Plan will continue to be made available to eligible retirees, dependents and surviving spouses at no monthly premium and no changes to their coverage. However, new cards will be issued to all participants in the AT&T plans: One for Medical and one for Prescriptions. This is due to reporting requirements to the Medicare division of the government. New cards only not new plans So you will need to update with your providers in 2026.
